Semi-Private Training


Personal training individualization for up to 4 people while accommodating all fitness levels and saving you money. You don’t even need your own group.

We utilize personal fitness assessments and progress tracking to routinely examine each Semi Private Training client’s progress to smartly build and adjust their training sessions. This system allows members to schedule for any session time offered and with any of our expert personal trainers.


Our monthly personal assessments ensures each member receives personal training according to their abilities and limitations all while avoiding injury and progressing them as fast as possible. And who doesn’t want to save money and be motivated by a community of others?

Our team at Pursuit Fitness believes that this form of training is the best way to provide results in a safe, timely, and effective manner. You receive personal attention, accountability, and CUSTOM program design with the added bonus of camaraderie and affordability of a small group. Join the program at any time and book into sessions that best fit your schedule.

Up To 4 Clients Per Training Session

No need for your own group. Sign into any training session offered throughout the week during  the morning, after work, and weekend times. Choose 2 or 3 Weekly Sessions

We understand that you need options and flexibility so you can pick from 2 or 3 sessions per week and can come any time, any day.

60-Minute Initial Assessment

Each member receives a 60-minute movement and measurement assessment when they sign-up. We take the time to gather all the data possible to assess progress and performance. This includes a functional movement screen, body fat %, muscle %, tape measurements, and progress pictures.

Monthly Follow-up Assessments

Be motivated by your results with a monthly reassessment to see improvements in body fat percentage, measurements, and body weight and pictures. We’ll ensure you’re reaching your goals and make adjustments whenever necessary.

Memorial Day (5/27), 4th of July weekend (7/4-7/6), Labor Day (9/2), Thanksgiving (11/28 & 11/29), Christmas Eve & Day (12/24 -12/25), New Years Eve (early closing – 12/31), New Years Day (1/1/20).

Session times are subject to change or cancellation due to enrollment.
