Here are the Bands we would recommend purchasing for at-home workouts from lightest to heaviest. 75% of our members would do just fine with just the orange, black and yellow bands but if you know you are a little stronger we would recommend purple too. 🙂
First Place Superband: 1/4 in. Orange (5-15 lbs.)
First Place Superband: 1/2 in. Black (25 lbs.)
First Place Superband: 3/4 in. Yellow (25-50 lbs.)
First Place Superband: 1-1/8 in. Purple (50-62lbs.)
