Group Metabolic Training

Clients are coached on proper form and given individual attention. We promise, it’s not your typical Bootcamp so join us for a free session to experience a unique and sustainable large group resistance training program.


So what’s it all about?

In our Group Metabolic Training, clients work in groups up to 18 that are led by one our expert personal trainers. Our  workout is designed for clients of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. A personal trainer will demonstrate, instruct, and motivate clients while individualizing training to accommodate personal needs and abilities.


Bootcamp style sessions include core training, strength training, and conditioning using non-traditional gym equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, medicine balls, sandbells, sleds, and battling ropes.

Each session is a full-body workout with options to attend 1 to 3 sessions per week with affordable monthly prices. Become accountable and join our community for early morning, lunch hour, after work, and weekend sessions.

After your first free session, we have options to accommodate any budget with monthly automatic billing.


Register for 1 to 3 weekly sessions to finally hold you accountable to a workout routine. No more guessing what to do when you get the gym as we’ve got it all taken care of.

Flexible Schedule

Fit your workouts in where it’s best for you. Each session is 50-minutes with options to attend mid morning, lunch hour, after work or weekends. Register online or using our partner mobile app, ZenPlanner. Outside of the 1-hour cancellation window, feel free to adjust which sessions you choose to attend with complete flexibility.

Expert Coaching

Do you question what to do at the gym and typically end up on the treadmill or elliptical? Our personal trainers will teach you proper form and ensure you have the best hour of your day while visiting Pursuit Fitness. Join us if your new to fitness or well experienced and simply want a proven and long lasting training program.
