In our Small Groups of 12 people or less:

  • You won’t find rows of people on treadmills furiously trying to keep their heart rates in a certain “zone”
  • There is no feeling of pressure to keep up and do exactly what everyone else is doing. We fit the workout to you instead of you having to fit the workout.
  • You can feel comfortable among like minded people who share your desire to become healthy and fit.
  • Injury prevention and proper form is our #1 priority.
  • You’ll always get personal attention, even though you’re working out with a group. You’ll benefit from the care and expertise of our trainers at every visit.

Affordable Monthly Options

1 on 1 personal training can cost as high as $75-$100 per session these days. By training in small groups you can share the cost of a personal trainer and gain the benefit of a new fitness family.


Register for 2 to 3 weekly sessions to finally hold you accountable to a workout routine. No more guessing what to do when you get the gym as we’ve got it all taken care of.

Flexible Schedule

Fit your workouts in where it’s best for you. Each session is 50-minutes with options to attend mid morning, lunch hour, after work or weekends. Register conveniently online using our mobile app. Feel free to adjust which sessions you choose to attend with complete flexibility.

**NEW VIRTUAL AND HYBRID SCHEDULES**  If you’d love to get support and personal attention but don’t want to come into the gym, we now offer Virtual Training and hybrid schedules that combine virtual and in-person workouts. Give us a call to learn more.

Expert Coaching

Do you question what to do at the gym and typically end up on the treadmill or elliptical? Our personal trainers will teach you how to exercise smarter, not harder. We will teach proper form on the most effective exercises for long term health so that you can get the most out of every session and make the most of your time.   • Saturday: 8:00am, 9:00am

Session times are subject to change or cancellation due to enrollment.
